KGB Series Heavy Grader Blade with Tines (3‑Point Hitch)

The KGB Series is a heavy‑duty rear‑mounted grader blade equipped with tines  for breaking compacted soil, shattering clods, and scarifying hard ground prior to grading or levelling. Designed for tractors in the 25–45 HP range, this blade is ideal for more demanding tasks such as driveway repair, field levelling, gravel road maintenance, ditch cleaning, and snow clearing – all with the added benefit of tines that loosen the surface layer before the blade moves the material. The mouldboard (scraper plate) features 360° rotation on a kingpin, allowing the operator to angle the blade left, right, or reverse it for backfilling and back‑dragging. The cutting edge is replaceable and reversible high‑carbon steel for long service life. The tines are mounted on a separate bar in front of the blade, penetrating the soil to break up hardpan or compacted gravel before the main cutting edge does its work. Three sizes are available: KGB4, KGB5, KGB6, with blade lengths approximately 1280 mm, 1580 mm, and 1880 mm. Weights range from 146 kg to 184 kg – significantly heavier than the light‑duty version for improved stability and penetration. Packed efficiently in 40'GP containers (200–300 pieces). • 360° blade rotation on kingpin
