RG Series Wheel Rake (Carted V‑Rake)

The RG Series is a trailed wheel rake designed for efficient gathering of hay, straw, or forage into uniform windrows. Available in two models – RG610V (10 wheels) and RG508V (8 wheels) – it features large 1400 mm diameter raking wheels, each equipped with 40 spring tines for gentle but effective raking. The working width is adjustable: RG610V covers 5.0–6.5 m, RG508V covers 4.8–5.5 m. Both models are built as carted V‑rakes, meaning the raking wheels are arranged in a V‑configuration and the unit is towed on its own wheels (not fully mounted), offering excellent flotation and ground following. The wheel spacing is 762 mm, and the tyre spacing is 1900 mm. Power requirement is 20–45 HP (RG610V) or 20–40 HP (RG508V). The RG610V weighs 1540 kg, while the RG508V weighs 755 kg – making the latter easier to transport and store. These rakes produce fluffy, clean windrows that minimise leaf loss and dirt inclusion, ideal for high‑quality hay and straw production.
